Energy Performance Certificates, EPCs, Walton on Thames and Surrey from £30
I did 3 EPCs today. Two of them were for the same customer in Surbiton. I had to park in the centre of Surbiton and walk to the estate agent to pick up keys and then walk to the 2 flats because they are in a central area with parking restrictions. The 3rd one was in Teddington, and this time I parked outside due to no parking restrictions.
